AP4050
Swing arms are mainly used for label application, on the front of moving products on a conveyor. The AP4050 swing arm is driven by a robust pneumatic rotary cylinder, which brings the tamp plate at the desired angle. A proximity sensor will release the label as close as possible to the product, for a reliable and accurate positioning. Thanks to its clever mechanical design and advanced electronics and firmware, this system is simple, reliable and cost effective. Due to the moderate force of the pneumatic actuator, the AP4050 Swing Arm is intrinsically safe for the operators.
AS4050 Applicator
The Print & Apply label applicators are designed to print and apply the label directly on the product, accurately and constantly, in a specific demanded position. With the Phoenix Labeling 4050 series, the goods can be labeled on one side, using the most performing applicator according to the process requirements: the label can be applied to moving products on the top, bottom and lateral side.
FH130 Vertical Round bottle labeler

Wrap Around Labeling Machine
The Wrap Around Labeling machine is designed to automatically apply labels to round bottles while also being able to print the Lot number, expiration date and other information. When no bottle is detected on the conveyor by the sensor, the control system does not paste label to avoid unnecessary waste. Constant speed regulation can be ensured so that this equipment can be used alone or in combination with other machines. The space between the bottles, the length of the labels and the speed of the conveyor can all be adjusted. The equipment has reserved space for installing a printer and the input port, in case such a device is required by the user. It has a PLC system and a large color touch screen for easy operation.
