The AS4050 expands the 4050 Series giving the possibility of applying labels – up to A5 size – with a longer application arm: of up to 1000mm. AS4050 is available for 6″ print engines, in two different geometries, covering both portrait and landscape label application, and three different stroke lengths: 500mm, 700mm, 1000mm. All the components were designed to grant strength, reliability and durability, making this label applicator a great fit for heavy duty integrations and end-of-line labeling. The standard A5 spring loaded application plate holds two proximity photo-sensors and may be equipped with a barcode scanner for application confirmation.
AS4050 Applicator
The Print & Apply label applicators are designed to print and apply the label directly on the product, accurately and constantly, in a specific demanded position. With the Phoenix Labeling 4050 series, the goods can be labeled on one side, using the most performing applicator according to the process requirements: the label can be applied to moving products on the top, bottom and lateral side.
