The EBS-260 Handjet can be used to print on virtually any surface with a print height range from 9 to 57mm. Porous and non-porous surfaces can be printed with a choice of five inks including pigmented, opaque inks for printing high-contrast marks onto dark surfaces.
Complex print messages including up to 5 lines of text, date, time, counters, barcodes, graphics and scanned-in data can be printed in one operation.
The strong Li-Ion battery will print for 16 hours and takes 5 hours to charge from completely empty. A comprehensive range of accessories is available, including printing guides to allow printing on awkward-shaped products, narrow products and soft materials.

Plastics
Rigid and flexible plastic products including pipes, IBCs, drums, cans, poly-woven bags, sacks and shrink-film can be easily printed. Pipes from 25mm diameter upwards can be printed using the adjustable pipe adapter which can also be used to print around drums and barrels.

Permanent, fast-dry inks can be used to print onto bare, coated and painted metals. For dark surfaces, pigmented white, yellow and blue inks provide good contrast. Text can be printed vertically in tower orientation – frequently used when marking stillages and vertical pipes. Sequential numbers can be printed in normal orientation or in tower orientation. For quick operation, magnetic guides are available. Metal pipes down to 25mm diameter can be marked using the pipe adapter to ensure print is kept straight.
