Thanks to the latest developments, Vita II is best prepared for the requirements of label printing that may arise in the future.
It goes without saying that all the printer series are equipped with a LAN 802.3 10/100 interface and a USB port for connecting an external keyboard and flash drives. The Vita II series is suitable for stand-alone operation due to it’s large display.
In addition to the standard print head, we also supply a long-life thermal head specially for direct thermal printing. For applications with very small graphics or a font, a print head with a resolution of 24 dots per mm (600 dpi) is available.
Thermal transfer or direct thermal printing
For thermal transfer printing, the Vita II series provides different print resolutions (200 dpi, 300 dpi or 600 dpi)
For direct thermal printing, customers can choose between a print resolution of 200 dpi and 300 dpi. In this case, a special thermal head with an extended lifetime is used.
Large selection of ports
Thermal printers of the Vita II series are equipped by default with four effective internal interfaces. In addition to the serial, parallel and USB interfaces, an Ethernet port has been added. For wireless data transfer, the printer can be equipped with an additional WLAN 802.11 b / g interface. Moreover, a USB host port is integrated to connect the keyboard and USB drive.
